All prices are shown excluding GST until checkout when GST is calculated on the total order, added and shown as separate figure. If shipping has not been calculated in the price this figure could change.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, COD, Post or direct deposit.

Any orders that show a $0.00 balance for the product indicates that the product is to be quoted. You will be contacted via email, phone or fax with the pricing along with shipping charges.

If orders are placed by 2pm Mon - Fri the goods if in stock are dispatched same day.  Most of the smaller goods are dispatched in Australia Post express bags so are received next day.  Goods up to 3 kilos are a flat $7.00 charge.

Any orders that show a $0.00 balance for shipping will need to be calculated unless the customer is picking up the order (Call In) or has arranged alternative shipping methods.

For large and bulky orders, Happy Embroidery has the right to requote you on additional shipping charges if they need to be made. You will be notified before your order is dispatched, if shipping changes need to be made.

You have up to 14 days from the shipping date to return defective or damaged products.

We guarantee your satisfaction with all of the merchandise we sell. You may return any item in its original packaging for any reason within 14 days of delivery.

Return or exchange of computer software will gladly be accepted if the product is faulty or defective. Where the plastic seal is broken and the software is neither faulty nor defective the return or exchange will not be accepted due to copyright and licensing restrictions.

Right of refusal for the return or exchange of products is at the discretion of Happy Embroidery, except where the Trade Practices Act of Australia makes allowance. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to returned goods.

Refunds will not include the freight or postage on the item being returned.

All products sold by Happy Embroidery are covered by the manufacturers’ warranty that accompanies the product. Happy Embroidery makes no additional or independent warranty.

Happy Embroidery does not warrant the performance, compatibility, integrity, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose of any product, but merely passes through to the Customer whatever end-user warranty the manufacturers or software publishers provide with their respective products.

Logon and Password
It is the responsibility of the customer to protect and authorise the use of logon codes and passwords.

Happy Embroidery will not and cannot take responsibility for customer logon code and password protection and use. Account customers are liable to pay all monies outstanding from the purchase of goods on their account by any person that used their user name or password.

Non account customers please note: every order will require payment before shipment can be made. Therefore, in the unlikely event that you receive an order fraudulently placed on your account, please inform the staff at Happy Embroidery immediately. We will arrange the return of the goods as well as contact the relevant criminal investigation authority.
